Bernice Barlow ND saw a need for a holistic hub to service people’s health requirements (physical, emotional, and mental) at one location. She has brought together therapists with diverse but complimentary expertise, to benefit each of your individual needs.
ATTAIN Holistic Health and Fitness focuses on therapies for ‘every body’ including acupuncture, naturopathy, hypnotherapy, personal strength and conditioning, meditation sessions, reiki, Power Tone tables, weight management, homoeopathy, and facial and body spa treatments.
Our practitioners have a range of qualifications and many years’ combined experience in natural and complementary modalities.
Bernice Barlow ND
Bernice is a Naturopath and Hypnotherapist with extensive experience in both orthodox and traditional medicine, granting her a broad understanding of medical procedures, treatments and ailments.
Attain’s principle naturopath and hypnotherapist with a background in nursing, Bernice can help with your family’s health needs. Pain and weight management, nutrition, mental health, chronic illness, pregnancy and hormonal issues as well as addictions are all areas in which Bernice can help benefit your health.
Initial appointments include Iridology, Mineral testing and if required pH test, hormone and physical assessment. Hypnotherapy is a 90 minute session dealing with issues such as weight management, addictions, mental health and sleeping etc.

Here at Bodies by Brooke we are committed to not only helping people change their mindset, nutrition and fitness but to teach people the how and why, so they will have the tools for life and in turn pass this on to future generations.
Brooke begun personal training in 2012 with a goal to change people’s lives through correct fitness techniques and training. She believes that anyone who hires a personal trainer should not only be provided and assisted with their fitness plan but also gain lifelong skills to be able to maintain and progress to their ideals self-sufficiently. She has pursued this goal and shared her values through previous roles in a gym setting, running bootcamps, 1 on 1 training and semi- private personal training sessions. These roles included training males and females predominantly in weight loss, muscle gain and toning. In the background Brooke has raised a family, she is a mum of 3 so is very aware of the changes your body goes through as a mother and how to get your body to bounce back in a safe and effective manner.
She is your ‘hippie’ trainer focusing on vegan and whole food plant based nutrition combined with a natural approach to training and with a vast knowledge of mindset and how to re-wire your brain to successfully reach your goals.
