Bernice Barlow ND saw a need for a holistic hub to service people’s health requirements (physical, emotional, and mental) at one location. She has brought together therapists with diverse but complimentary expertise, to benefit each of your individual needs.

ATTAIN Holistic Health and Fitness focuses on therapies for ‘every body’ including acupuncture, naturopathy, hypnotherapy, personal strength and conditioning, meditation sessions, reiki, remedial massage, Power Tone tables, weight management, homoeopathy, Bowen Therapy, and facial and body spa treatments.

Our practitioners have a range of qualifications and many years’ combined experience in natural and complementary modalities.

Bernice is a Naturopath and Hypnotherapist with extensive experience in both orthodox and traditional medicine, granting her a broad understanding of medical procedures, treatments and ailments.

Attain’s principle naturopath and hypnotherapist with a background in nursing, Bernice can help with your family’s health needs. Pain and weight management, nutrition, mental health, chronic illness, pregnancy and hormonal issues as well as addictions are all areas in which Bernice can help benefit your health.

Initial appointments include Iridology, Mineral testing and if required pH test, hormone and physical assessment. Hypnotherapy is a 90 minute session dealing with issues such as weight management, addictions, mental health and sleeping etc.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Jordan comes with 4 years clinical experience with an eye for designing exercise programs that optimise functional capacity. His focus on prescribing appropriate exercise dose helps him deliver timely and sustainable progress. Jordan does his best to stay active by finding hiking adventures most weekends around Perth and taking his social basketball slightly too seriously.


Exercise physiology is the prescription of exercise for the improvement of musculoskeletal, physical performance and mental health. Jordan attends the Attain Centre for monthly consultations which includes initial assessment and follow up program reviews.

In the initial assessment you can expect a thorough discussion of your previous physical activity and relevant medical history, physical capacity testing, program design and goal setting.

Follow up sessions serve the purpose of progressing and adjusting exercises to refine their benefit as well as discussing goal progress and motivation.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist sessions can be subsidised by Medicare, Department of Veteran Affairs and/or private health insurance.

Bowen is a proven treatment that has helped thousands to recover from muscular, joint and nerve conditions.

All her life Chrissie has followed a “natural is best for me” wellness health plan, which led to studying Naturopathy in the early 90’s. Moving to Mandurah 12 years ago she was fortunate to work in a large clinic environment and reconnect with some student colleagues including Bernice Barlow.

What a journey Bowen can take you on:  Working with pregnant mums in preparation for birth and on their recovery from birthing, and when you lay gentle hands on their babies there is a deep sigh from a very relaxed baby who sleeps and eats better. It is so gentle our elderly benefit from Bowen too, as it restores the body to the best it can be considering your age and circumstances. It is beneficial to every body.

Bowen is a gentle, effective natural approach to pain relief.  There are many conditions that benefit from Bowen, including back pain, leg cramps, shoulder pain, hammer toe, coccyx pain, knee problems, sacral pain, sciatica, groin pain, tennis elbow, migraines, heel pain, jaw and TMJ problems.

Here at Bodies by Brooke we are committed to not only helping people change their mindset, nutrition and fitness but to teach people the how and why, so they will have the tools for life and in turn pass this on to future generations.

Brooke begun personal training in 2012 with a goal to change people’s lives through correct fitness techniques and training. She believes that anyone who hires a personal trainer should not only be provided and assisted with their fitness plan but also gain lifelong skills to be able to maintain and progress to their ideals self-sufficiently. She has pursued this goal and shared her values through previous roles in a gym setting, running bootcamps, 1 on 1 training and semi- private personal training sessions. These roles included training males and females predominantly in weight loss, muscle gain and toning. In the background Brooke has raised a family, she is a mum of 3 so is very aware of the changes your body goes through as a mother and how to get your body to bounce back in a safe and effective manner.

She is your ‘hippie’ trainer focusing on vegan and whole food plant based nutrition combined with a natural approach to training and with a vast knowledge of mindset and how to re-wire your brain to successfully reach your goals.
